The Nueces Commissioners Court recognized two executives from Port Aransas this week. Ann Vaughan, President/CEO of the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce, recently received the Coastal Bend Regional Tourism award for her many years of service in the tourism industry. Georgia Neblett, Director of External Affairs at The University of Texas Marine Science Institute was acknowledged for her re-election as chair of the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association's Board of Directors and her years of service.
