Take A Moment To Visit The Chapel In The Dunes

If you haven't taken a tour of the Little Chapel on the Hill yet, it's time you experienced this quaint, artistic Port A landmark. Built at the highest spot in town, it was crafted by the sitting Poet Laureate of Texas, Aline Carter, in the 1930's.

Tours are given the first and third weekend of every month, Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m. The inside of the chapel is covered in murals, and light comes in through stained glass windows, creating a surreal and unique atmosphere.
